I. BRIEF OVERVIEW OF PROMOTION
Beginning Thursday, June 11, 2009 through Friday, Aug. 28, 2009 participants must follow ESPNPlus on Twitter (twitter.com/espnplus).
II. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
ESPN Regional Television and ESPN PLUS (“The Sponsors”).
III. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older as of June 11, 2009.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ESPN Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

IV. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Follow espnplus on Twitter (Twitter.com/espnplus). Submit Tweets describing why you are the “SEC #1 Fan”. Entrants may submit as many Tweets as they want during the period of the contest. Entrants may also submit pictures via Twitpics, and/or YouTube or other video sharing service, explaining why they are the “SEC #1 Fan”.
All entries must contain content that is suitable for general viewing. Entries must not, in the sole discretion of the judges, contain or involve any of the following: (i) obscenity, (ii) crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols, (iii) content that humiliates one or more persons (publicly or otherwise), (iv) copyrighted works for which the necessary rights have not been obtained or any other information, content or materials that infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Failure to satisfactorily complete and timely submit all Entries as required herein will result in disqualification of entrant. Entries remain the property of Sponsors.
Sponsors are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry materials, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this contest.
V. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED
Two (2) winners will be chosen no later than 12:00 p.m. (EST) each Friday during the contest period. Winners will be chosen by ESPN Plus personnel based on creativity and relevance to the subject matter. Winners may add a link of their choice, which may be added to their 140-character bio. All links and posts are posted at the discretion of ESPN Plus.
The decisions of the judges are final and cannot be appealed.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
VI. PRIZE(S)
Each winner’s 140-character Twitter profile (with link to pictures and/or video, if appropriate) will be displayed on espnplus.com for a period of one week. At the end of that week, the winner’s profile will be removed and replaced by the winning entries for the subsequent week.
Each winner will also receive their 140-character (with appropriate picture or avatar) posted on ESPNPLUS.COM for a period of one week. Thereafter, said profiles may be removed or archived.
VII. RIGHTS & RELEASES
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to re-post past winner profiles on the site at any time. Sponsor also reserves the right to edit all tweets Tweets for length or clarity.
All links and posts are posted at the discretion of ESPN Plus.
VIII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS LIST
